I can't wait to see what you have to say on this topic. I had originally listed Agave Nectar as an acceptable sweetener when I gave up sugar, but I have been wary of using it in much.

I find agave to be as addictive as the hard core refined stuff, no matter what anyone says.

My best sweetener has always been either brown rice syrup or barley malt. Anything else kicks up cravings.
