My Seattle PI Interview

Here is another great article about my year without sugar. It is a well written, intriguing take on.....my life without the white stuff!

If you are new to My Year Without, welcome! I hope that if you take the time to look around, you find some interesting articles, information and most of all, inspiration! I would love to hear from you, whether you are interested in reducing sugar or not. Also, I am very interested in what people's New Year's resolutions are for 2009! Do tell!

Thanks for visiting, and to my faithful readers, thank you for a year's worth of support and encouragement! You made it much easier to stay on track. I loved your stories and hearing that there is a common thread with cutting out sugar.....that even though it's tough at first, it's easier to be completely free of sugar than it is to try and moderate the consumption of it.

Here's to a very happy New Year, 2009!

Another great article! How long before we see you on Oprah? :)

PS - Have you looked at Organic Maple Flakes? Out of stock everywhere, but they look sugar-free awesome!

Thank you both!

I have not seen those Organic Maple Flakes. I will keep an eye out for them--they sound delicious!

I am new to your blog. I love it that you made it through a year without sugar. Way to go! I gave up chocolate many years ago because I decided I could easier do without it altogether rather than try to limit my intake. There are still plenty of sweet treats available to tantalize my tastebuds. :)

Since you said you were interested...This year, I am changing my life 5 minutes at a time. Each month I am working on a different subject. I am sharing each day's goals with my blog readers. Come on over to my blog if you feel like joining me in my quest. :)

Keep up the good work on sugar intake (or rather lack thereof) in '09. Have you tried agave nectar?
