I had been "using"...Oh wow, you put that perfectly. I had been "using" natural sweeteners a lot like I was "using" refined sugar. I am on this journey too....I applaud your efforts. I am on this journey too. I went without sugar for months, but realized that I was starting to "use" fruit, agave, natural sweetners etc too much. When I was starting to think this is easy, that is when I got cocky and slipped up.
